Overview（概述）
Thissurgeryreplacesdiseasedanddamagedportionsofthehipwithimplantsdesignedtorestorefunctiontothehipjoint.Thesurgeonusesanincisionontheanterolateralpartofthehip,insteadofamoretraditionalincisiononthesideorbackofthejoint.
该手术用植入物替换髋关节病变和损坏的部分，以恢复髋关节的功能。术者使用髋关节前外侧切口，而不是常用的髋关节侧方或后方的切口。
TheAnteriorApproach（前入路）
Theanteriorincisionallowsthesurgeontoworkbetweenthemajormusclesofthehipinsteadofcuttingthroughthemordetachingthemfromthehiporfemur.Bypreservingmuscletissue,theanteriorapproachmayminimizerecoverytime.
前路切口使术者能在髋关节的主要肌肉之间进行手术，而不需要将肌肉切开或将肌肉从髋关节或股骨上剥离。由于保留了肌肉组织，前入路缩短康复时间。
DamagedBoneRemoved（去除损坏的骨头）
Afterthefemurisseparatedfromthehipsocket,thedamagedballisremoved.
当股骨从髋臼窝脱开后，将损坏的股骨头去除。
HipSocketCleaned（清理髋臼窝）
Damagedcartilageandboneareremovedfromthehipsocket.
将髋臼窝里损坏的软骨和骨头去除。
MetalShellInserted（植入金属臼杯）
Ametalshellispressedintothehipsocket.Theshellmaybeheldinplacewithbonecementorscrews.
将金属臼杯植入物压入髋臼窝。可能会使用骨水泥或螺钉固定臼杯。
LinerInserted（安装内衬）
Aplastic,metal,orceramiclinerislockedintothemetalshell,andtheartificialsocketis
将塑料、金属或陶瓷内衬锁入金属臼杯，人工髋臼完成。
FemurPrepared（准备股骨）
Thesurgeonnowfocusesonthefemurimplant.First,theendofthefemurishollowedout.
然后术者集中精力植入股骨假体。首先，将股骨的近端挖空。
ImplantInserted（插入植入物）
Themetalimplantisplacedintothetopofthefemur.Bonecementmaybeused.
将金属植入物装入股骨的近端，可能会使用骨水泥。
BallAttached（连接球头）
Ametalorceramicball
将金属或陶瓷的球头组件安装到柄上。
EndofProcedure（手术结束）
Thenewballandsocket
将球和臼组件连接到一起，形成新的髋关节。
AfterCare（术后护理）
Ahospitalstayisnecessary,andpatientswillreceivephysicaltherapy.
术后住院是必要的，患者将接受物理治疗。
